SAP Intercompany Announcement

Dear Valued Partner,
This communication relates to the "Intercompany integration solution for SAP Business One" (including "SAP Business One Integration Hub") which was created by CitiXsys, Inc. (also trading as "Walldorf Solutions"), and resold by SAP as part of the SAP Business One price list.

Today, we would like to inform you that SAP and CitiXsys will not continue their partnership beyond December 31st, 2022.

As consequence, with effect from January 1st, 2023:

1. SAP will stop selling new licenses of "Intercompany integration solution for SAP Business One", to both existing and new customers, for both on-premises and cloud orders.
   1. Between Oct 1st, 2022 and Dec 31st, 2022, SAP will accept new orders of "Intercompany integration solution for SAP Business One" only via the Exception order form and not through the SAP Partner Store.
2. SAP hereby terminates SAP Business One Support for all customers who have "Intercompany integration solution for SAP Business One" price list items in their contract.
   1. For those customers, the support for all the sales orders is terminated, for both "Intercompany integration solution for SAP Business One" and all the other SAP Business One price list items included in those sales orders.
   2. In case you are interested to reinstate support for SAP Business One licenses without "Intercompany integration solution for SAP Business One" for your customers, please enter a request for support reinstatement in the SAP Partner Store as soon as possible. In case of such reinstatement, SAP will calculate the new support fee by subtracting the "Intercompany integration solution for SAP Business One" fee from the current total amount.

With effect to the renewal date of each of the SAP Business One Cloud Subscriptions:

1. SAP hereby terminates SAP Business One Cloud Subscriptions, for all customers who have "Intercompany integration solution for SAP Business One" price list items in their contract.
1. For those customers, the subscription for all the sales orders is terminated, for both "Intercompany integration solution for SAP Business One" and all the other SAP Business One price list items included in those sales orders.
2. In case you are interested to re-order SAP Business One cloud subscriptions without "Intercompany integration solution for SAP Business One" for your customers, please enter an order in the SAP Partner Store before each renewal date. In case of such order, SAP will calculate the new cloud subscriptions fee by subtracting the "Intercompany integration solution for SAP Business One" fee from the current total amount.

In case of doubt on which of your customers are impacted, you can check the contractual information for each of your customers in SAP for Me or in the SAP Partner Store, to find out which ones have "Intercompany integration solution for SAP Business One" in their contract.

As of January 1st, 2023, all on-premise customers who have licensed the solution are still able to continue using it indefinitely as they have purchased a perpetual license. All cloud subscription-based customers can continue using the solution until their subscription term ends.
